RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help customers understand their insurance policies and answer questions.
- Assist customers with account updates.
- Process payments and follow up to make sure customers are taken care of.
- Keep clear records of customer conversations and requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Staten Island residents preferred
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
